Masa Sunrise Construction was registered in the year 2014 with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) of South Africa in terms of Section 14 of the companies Act, 2008 with a registration number 2014/151918/07. The company is rated as a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor in terms of the DTI Codes of Good Practice and the Notice of Clarification no 396 of 2015 gazette on 5 May 2015. The Company is 100% owned by Historically Disadvantaged South Africans and 55% Women Owned.
The company is also registered with the Construction Industry Development Board and the National Home Builders Registration Council.
